A ONE-HOUR MORNING ROUTINE FOR BUSY WOMEN

Do you know one thing about being a busy woman? You have no time for a three-hour morning routine filled with Pilates, sipping tea, yoga, and sometimes you will burn out because of how fast your morning goes.
Morning sets the tone for the day, and you deserve a slow, beautiful morning filled with peace and tranquility before you dive into the chaos of work and your busy day. I am going to help you create a 1-hour morning routine designed especially for busy women so that you can always feel refreshed, focused, and productive every morning.
ROUTINE ONE: THE ENERGY BOOSTER
This will raise your energy levels so that you can be active and productive throughout the day. By hacking your active and happy hormones, it will help you start your day on a bright note.
- 2 min: Drink a glass of water with lemon
- 3 min: Quick stretches or 10 squats plus 10 jumping jacks
- 3 min: Take a shower and wash your face
- 2 min: Write down one priority for the day
ROUTINE TWO: THE GLOW-UP START
This is all about making yourself look and feel good. As it says, glow-up start—it’s about putting yourself together to look your prettiest and most confident.
- 2 min: Hydrate with green tea or Matcha
- 2 min: Skincare routine
- 2 min: Style your hair (preferably a neat bun or ponytail)
- 2 min: Light makeup
- 2 min: Read positive affirmations in the mirror
ROUTINE THREE: THE MINDFUL KICKSTART
You know what they say: you need to prepare your mind first. You need to get your mind right so that you can stay focused throughout the day.
- 2 min: Deep breathing and short meditation
- 2 min: Write one gratitude note in your journal
- 3 min: Stretch or do a yoga flow
ROUTINE FOUR: THE ON-THE-GO ROUTINE
Pack and get ready for work. That is a must to ensure you are organised.
- 2 min: Drink water and grab breakfast
- 3 min: Pack your bag and essentials
- 3 min: Review your goals and to-do list for the day
ROUTINE FIVE: THE CONFIDENCE ROUTINE
I highly advise you to do this in your car or on the bus on your way to work.
- 2 min: Listen to your playlist or a podcast
- 3 min: Visualise your day going in your favor
You don’t need to do all these immediately; start slow and with what aligns with your lifestyle. You can take on heavier and time-consuming tasks in the evening after work or on weekends. I hope this helps you live your best life. Good luck!
