HOW TO MAKE A GOOD NIGHT ROUTINE

Everyone says that your morning routine sets the tone for your day, but your night routine is also important. It helps you properly reset and gives you the energy you need to make the next day a success.

Your night routine is all about unwinding and making you better. This is the time to check up on yourself and ask yourself how your day went and what you can change. I am going to give you a few easy tips to have a good night routine and feel energized when you wake up.

  1. INCORPORATE HAPPINESS INTO YOUR NIGHT ROUTINE: With the busy nature of the day, we often forget to be happy and live in the moment. Adding this to your nighttime routine will help you stay in touch with yourself and care for yourself more. Play your favorite music, watch a movie, or put on your favorite face mask—anything that makes you happy. It’s all about you.
  2. JOURNAL: Journaling helps you reflect on the day and how it went. It is one of the best ways to gain clarity and understand what you want from the next day. Write about your day and what you are grateful for. This will help you gain clarity and identify the steps you need to take to improve.
  3. BE CONSISTENT WITH YOUR SLEEP SCHEDULE: Have a particular time you sleep, like 1:00 pm to 6:30 am. This will help regulate your hormones, mood nervous system, and make you healthier. It will also keep you energized.
  4. BE CONSISTENT WITH YOUR NIGHT ROUTINE: You have to be consistent with your night routine, especially when it comes to your skincare. This is when you can use your treatment and do the collagen mask that will help your skin feel better and healthier.
  5. TAKE IT SLOW: With the rush and the business of the morning, we sometimes forget to take things slow and romanticize our lives. Take your night routine slow and steady, and take in everything. This will allow you to unlock your inner light and become your best self.
  6. SAY NO TO ANYTHING THAT WILL DISRUPT YOUR NIGHT ROUTINE: This routine is all about you and what you want for yourself. Learn to say no to any engagement that you don’t want to go for or anything that will make you miss this routine. Remember it is all about you and what you want for yourself.
